<August 10th 2004>
We have been thinking about putting up all of the tracks from our two released albums on the site in MP3 format. The reason for this is simple: It's too hard find our albums in stores and its too hard for us to get a reasonable distribution deal. We still have to look in to some legal details before doing this. All we want is for you to enjoy our music and one thing in return... SPREAD THE WORD!

We'll be doing 2 gigs at Carlings clothes store in Gothenburg (Kompassen). The dates are the 29th (at approx. 17.15) and the 30th of may (at approx. 15.00). Free entry and all ages. Be there!

<May 5th 2004>
We're currently working on recording the songs that we've written so far. This recording is just to see where we stand with the new material.

We're also awaiting the release of 'Pieces' in the UK. More info on that soon.

We're back on track again when it comes to rehearsing and writing new material. We're looking to do some recording of the new songs in the near future. If it turns out ok we might put a sample of a track or two up on the site.

<February 6th 2004>
On the 23rd of January n1c managed to break his left collar bone while playing hockey. Hopefully we'll get back to the song writing and rehearsing in a week or two.

The release date for Germany has now been confirmed. It will be on the 8th of March.

Just a brief update: We're currently concentrating on writing new material. So far we've got 6-7 new songs more or less finished. We'll keep you updated on how things progress!

The pieces album has now been released in Canada, and you should be able to get ahold of it through most records stores. If they don't have it in stock ask them to take it in.

We really need your help in requesting the video for airplay on Much Music in Canada. Send them a couple of mails at
loud@muchmusic.com and tell them to play our video!

The site is still under construction, due to lack of time.. but we're working on it!

We're awaiting the release of Pieces in sweden.. hopefully very soon!

Uploaded the new site today. It is still under construction on some pages.. but hopefully it will be ready in a couple of days!

<August 20th 2003>
Two new gigs lined up together with Transport League and Swedens Finest. They will take place in Trollhättan at Magasin 15 on the 30th of October and in Gothenburg at Musikens hus on the 31st of October.

The date is set for our release in Canada and it will be on the 9th of October.. releases in the U.K, Spain and germany will follow shortly after.

<July 17th 2003>
We have some good news and some bad news. First the bad news.. Håkan has, as of the 17th of June, decided to leave the band, he has felt for some time that ha doesn't have the same interest in playing that he used to and since he wants the best for the band he has decided to let someone who has the the drive and energy, that he used to have, take his place.. The good news is that we have recruited a new bassplayer named Johan Andreassen. He is a very good and talented bassplayer and we feel that he is worthy of taking Håkans place.

<July 16th 2003>
We'll be releasing a new album outside of sweden. We have chosen to name it 'pieces' and it will be consisting of 15 tracks from both 'Delicate' and 'Bullsized'. All the tracks have been re-mastered and we have done a new cover for the album. First off it will be released in Canada through PHDCanada in August and then later on it will be released in the U.K., Germany, Spain and a couple of other european countries.

<July 7th 2003>
The song 'Delicate' can be found on a new snowboard movie called 'Focus'. It's the first song in the movie and a teaser can be found here. The movie is set for release on the 30th of august. Go get yourself a copy!

Due to some personal issues we have been forced to cancel the gig at Dirty Black Summer on the 5th of July. We are very sorry about this and we will try to make it up to you at a later date!

<May 26th 2003>
Just some things to keep you posted. We are awaiting the release of our CD's in Canada. The date was first set to the 24th of June but has now changed. We can't say exactly when the release will be but hopefully sometime in August. We're also hoping to get the the CD's released in Spain, Germany and Italy.. more info on that soon!

We have had to cancel our gig at belsepub on the 4:th of april. Håkan has seriously strained his wrist and is unable to play the bass for a couple of weeks. We're really sorry about this!

The gig at Pub Bastun in Åland on the 5th of october has been cancelled due to lack of employees at the club that particular night. We'll probably be playing there sometime in the beginning of next year.

Some facts about the gig at Göteborgskalaset on the 12th of august.

- No entrance fee
- All ages (Beer available to those over 18 years of age)
- We play at 19.50 (Transport League on stage at 21:20)
- Merchandise will be available (t-shirts and girlie t's)

We're now back from the 4 gigs in norway together with LOK. We want to thank LOK + crew for a good time and hope to do it again some day! We'd also like to thank all the crazy norwegians who came to the shows.. Norway rocks!

Tomorrow (the 29th) the releaseparty starts att 2100 hours. It costs 50:- (or was it 60:-?, not sure) to get in. =) Be sure to check out our new CD which you will be able to buy and we also have som new T-Shirt and Girlie-T designs.

The album will be in stores on June 3rd. We'll be doing 4 gigs with LOK in norway. Check the live-page for details. New t-shirts and girlie-t's will be made. Hopefully they'll be ready before we leave for Norway.

We are going to have a releaseparty on the 29th of May at Sticky Fingers in gothenburg. It's a wednesday and you have to be atleast 18 to get in.

<April 17th 2002>
We will be opening for LOK at Musikens Hus (Gothenburg) on the 3:rd of May. It's an all-ages show.

<April 12th 2002>
The release of the album will be delayed for a couple of weeks. It will hopefully reach the stores in the beginning of May. The album is entitled 'Delicate' and contains 14 tracks. The new site will be launched around the same time as the release. You can expect to find a couple of samples from the new album, atleast 2 of our videos, new pictures and more...

<April 9th 2002>
The booklet is coming to it's finishing stages and it looks like the CD will be released around the 25th of April. We're working on the new homepage aswell and it will be launched around the time of the CD release.

<March 3rd 2002>
The releasedate for our upcoming album has been delayed until the end of April. We'll also be releasing the video for 'Jump the bridge' around that time. New bandphotos will be shot in the near future. We're still waiting for the booklet to be finished...

<February 4th 2002>
We're going to master the album this friday at Digital Fabriken in Gothenburg. After that there's only the cover and booklet remaining before we can release the CD. I added a new guestbook, since the old one wasn't reliable enough. So go ahead and sign it!!

<January 29th 2002>
The 14 songs for the album are now mixed and ready to be mastered. The mastering will take place att Digital Fabriken in Gothenburg in a week or two. The first video for the new album is also finished.. It's looking good man!

We are now in Oral Majority Recordings mixing the songs for the new album (probably released in March). A video for the new song currently entitled 'Jump the bridge' is being edited at this moment.. more info soon! Check the press/reviews page for an update.

We did 3 gigs with Machine Head. We should have done 4 with them, but since they have been on tour for 7 weeks they were a bit worn out.. so that's why the gig got cancelled. We feel for those who went to Malmö in vain.. We'd like to thank Machine Head + crew for a great fuckin time!!

It is now confirmed that we will open for Machine Head in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 15th of December aswell.

We are currently in the studio recording the 14 songs for the upcoming, but yet untitled, album. So far so good.. the drums for all 14 tracks are finished today and tomorrow we begin the guitar recording.. we'll keep you posted on the progress of the recording..

<October 29th 2001>
We're getting ready to enter the studio this friday which is the 2nd of November. Recordings will proceed for atleast four weaks. After that we'll mix the the songs at Oral Majority Recordings sometime in January and if everything goes as planned the record will be out in stores sometime in March next year. We'll keep you posted if things for some reason may change.

Today we finally got to edit the video for 'Feel Like Porn'. It turned out really great. We still have some small things to adjust in the video but it's more or less ready. Hopefully we'll be able to put up 'Real Video' file here soon!
